Shipping costs
All orders are now dispatched on within 48 hrs and orders placed on the weekend will dispatch on Monday morning. If you need your beads sooner, please email using the contact form, prior to placing your order.
Each order is carefully packaged inside a bubble envelope and dispatched to you as soon as possible. We use recycled bubble wrap to wrap our beads and this way we can help the environment, plus keep our bead costs down.
We'll also send you an email to let you know your order has been processed and your beads are on their way!

Some items have a small additional postage cost per item. You will notice that for each item there is a charge of £0.00 - £0.40 depending on the size & weight of the item. This is in line with the Royal Mail postal charges basis on size and weight. We try to keep our postage costs fair so that you only pay for the postage required and a small handling fee.

UK Domestic Charges:
All items are shipped with a Certificate of Postage and are sent by First or Second Class Royal Mail. Prices include packaging & shipping costs.

International Postage
Postage for international orders is calculated automatically when you checkout. In rare instances we may contact you if the postage calculated is different to the postage that we pay. If this situation occurs, we would offer a refund or may ask you to pay the difference by way of a separate invoice.
