All goods are supplied in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions.
Please note that due to manufacturing processes we cannot guarantee colour continuity and colour fastness unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible.
Whilst every effort is made to represent product colours, it is possible that the images shown may vary slightly from the actual product. Variations in computer monitors as well as the browser used, etc. are beyond our control. Product images are not to scale.
Measurements are given to the best of our knowledge. All pieces are handcrafted and variations should be expected.
Privacy Notice
Starlight Beads value all our customers and are fully committed to protecting your privacy. Information given to us will only be used to aid your shopping experience at Starlight Beads. We will need to take a certain amount of personal information from you in order to process your order. Without this information we would not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. All information we ask for is to aid the service we are offering.
We will also use this information to send you newsletters, notifying you of any promotions or discounts as well as relevant changes to our website. We will always contain an 'unsubscribe' option should you not wish to be sent this information. If you ask us to remove your name and address from promotional lists, we will endeavour to remove your name as soon as possible. It may take up to 7 working days to process your e-mail request, and 6-8 weeks to process your postal mail request, during which period you may continue to receive communications from us. Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders. We follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorised access. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may well disclose your information to any regulatory body.
When we offer competitions and promotions, you may be required to provide certain personal information in order to participate. We will give you the option not to receive e-mail messages or other postal messages from us regarding our services, competitions new collections and promotions. Please note, we may still need to contact you, for example, to notify winners and to fulfill promotional obligations.

Our site uses cookies to track number of visits to the site, your shopping cart and past purchases so we can ensure we only send you what we consider to be relevant information.

We are flexible and happy to help, so please contact us with your payment intentions so that we can provide the best service to you.
Payment - UK
Starlight Beads accepts PAYPAL (preferred), Postal Orders (uncrossed). With immediate dispatch.
Personal Cheques and crossed Postal Orders are subject to clearance before postage (7-14 days). If you do not have a Paypal account and wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email us first via the contact us form
Payment - International
Starlight Beads accepts Paypal payment ONLY from overseas customers, in UK £. Paypal is a secure, easy method and will automatically convert the amount for you.
Any other form of payment will be returned to sender - sorry, but due to high costs we are unable to process these payments in the UK
Postage and Packaging
Starlight Beads takes great care in your order so that it reaches you in perfect condition. All items are sent in bubble wrapped envelopes. WE ALWAYS obtain certificates of posting and larger UK orders will be sent by recorded delivery. If you would like registered or special delivery please select from delivery options page before you checkout.
Delivery to UK is usually 1-3 working days, Europe 5-7 working days and USA & Rest of World 7 -14 Days
In exceptional circumstances, we may charge extra for International shipping if the invoiced price of the handling fee and postage does not equal the actual price of the postage. We will contact you and offer either a full refund of your order, or ask for the difference in price.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred and if available. Refunds will be issued in the payment form you chose to pay for the item. UK: Cheque or PayPal. All other countries: PayPal only
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, and refunds will only be given for the price of the items purchased.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy above. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
